Estate planning lawyer turned educator.
I’m still a registered lawyer however I don’t work with Mum and Dad clients anymore. Law firms are my clients.
I spent over 10 years working in private practice as an estate planning lawyer until my glorious career came to a screeching halt after hitting burnout. I took a year long career break, dove head first into the world of digital marketing and education, and started spreading the word about the importance of Testamentary Trusts for everyday Australians.
My message resonated with a lot of lawyers who wanted to know how they could start offering Testamentary Trusts to their clients.
It’s a great question.
How is anyone meant to know how to draft Testamentary Trust wills if they hadn’t learnt it on the job?
Especially if you were a sole practitioner or the most senior principal in their firm.
I decided that I couldn’t lecture from the front without offering a solution when it came time to deliver.
So, we packaged up our Testamentary Trust precedents with extensive user notes and automation.
Created an on-demand video library answering common FAQs and How Tos, and an online course that is quite literally The Essential Guide to Testamentary Trusts for Australian Lawyers.
And coupled that with the TT Precedents Club – weekly live coaching where precedent users can ask their questions about the documents, workshop client examples and seek our help for drafting support and strategy guidance.
